A Configuration Management /Documentation Control specialist will work onsite with the personnel who will be responsible for Document Control in their company. Together the DTD System and Client personnel will work to modify The DTD System templates and system database for usage by the Client company. They will establish Change Management within the entire company using the DTD System processes .

Personnel who will be responsible for Documentation Control in their company will receive the package and can customize the parts of the system to suit their company. Support or advice with a DTD System Configuration Management /Documentation Control specialist is available by Phone, Skype or Email.
A DTD System Software Development Documentation specialist will work with the Client's Software Development personnel and create software documentation during the phased software development cycle. Prior to documentation generation Client personnel and the DTD System specialist will review the style and methods used for generating software documentation.
A Software Development Documentation specialist can tutor or train Client personnel in documenting software documentation. This training will consist of reviewing DTD System procedures of documenting software documentation and hands on training.
The DTD System will provide the Client with guidelines, and reference documents that can be used for generating documentation during the phased development of software applications.
The DTD System Technical Writer is proficient in writing a variety of Technical Publications on a multitude of subjects including but not limited to:
The Technical Writer and the Client will meet to determine the parameters of the documentation to be generated including document style. The Technical Writer will then work with Client Subject Matter Experts to produce the defined. The Technical Writer will setup a graphic library and store all graphics used in the documentation. At the completion of the project this library will be given to the Client. A review and revision activity will be set up and the Technical Writer will enter any revisions until the document is approved and finalized.
The DTD Technical Writer can tutor or train Client personnel in the parameters an creating documentation. This training will consist of reviewing DTD System procedures of documenting documentation and hands on training.
